(7 max) 2019 ONLINE ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS ENTRY DEADLINE: June 20th (Thurs) at 10pm All entries are completed on-line at: www.endurousa.com “ENDURO USA” You do NOT have to declare the specific events you want to participate in during the on-line entry process. Adults can do up to 7 events. Students can do 4 events. (Relays count as one of the 4 events for students.) ADULTS (college & older): you do NOT have to set up an ENDURO USA™ account in your name. You can enter the ENDURO USA™ website as a GUEST and complete your registration. - - - - - - - - Adults must pay the entry fee online on the ENDURO USA™ website. To enter, click on “ENDURO Fitness” - then on “Run ENDURO - on the Track™” (right side of the window). UNATTACHED Students: unattached (UNA) students MUST be entered by a Parent. Parents of Unattached Students can enter the ENDURO USA website as a GUEST. - - - - - - - - Unattached Students must pay the entry fee online on the ENDURO USA™ website. So, click on “ENDURO Fitness Events” - then on “Run ENDURO - on the Track™”. NOTE -------- Clubs and do NOT need to pay the website administration fee. To avoiid the website administration fee follow the instructions in the section below for Clubs. Students do NOT need a YES-Athletics Membership, USATF or AAU Membership to participate in the State Games of Oklahoma - Track & Field. YOUTH CLUBS/TEAMS: --- The “Coach of Record” must have an ENDURO USA™ account. As the Coach of Record”, if you do not already have an account, set one up in your name. After your account is set up, send an email to Kevin McWatters at: kevin@runenduro.com In your email to Kevin provide the following information: (1) your cell phone number, (2) the name of your club/team; (3) approx number of students in your club/team. Kevin will add the necessary rosters to your account and return your email. You will then find your rosters (Boys Track / Girls Track) listed in the left navigation panel by clicking on My Roster List -- Coach of Record Rosters -- then your club’s name. Once the above is complete, you can search for and add club-students to your roster(s), then enter them in the desired meets (such as the “State Games of OK - Track & Field”). - - - - Clubs DO NOT pay the entry fee (for the studends on their roster) online. The entry fee for (club) students will be paid by the “Coach of Record” (ONLY) - at check-in --- at the meet. NOTE: On-line Parent Authorization (PA) for all youth club members is required. (see below) CLUB/TEAM PARENTS: --- Set up an ENDURO USA™ account in YOUR NAME (as the adult). In the left navigation panel, click on - - - “My Roster List” - then “Rosters for Parents” - then “Public/Open Events” - then “Students on a Team. - This will take you to the correct roster for this meet. - - - Next, search for and add your Student(s) to your Club/Team-Parent’s Roster. After you have your student(s) listed on your Club/Team-Parent’s Roster, complete your Parent Authorization (PA) for each student on your Parent Roster. This enables your team’s/club’s Coach of Record to complete the entry process for your student(s). - - - Do NOT process a YES-Athletics™ membership for your student UNLESS you have been instructed by your club’s “Coach of Record” to do so. - - - - - - - - Clubs DO NOT pay the entry fee (for the studends on their roster) online. The entry fee for (club) students will be paid by the “Coach of Record” (ONLY) - at check-in --- at the meet. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - AGE GROUPS: Students - - - based on current grade or grade as of previous school year. Adults - - - (college or older) - - - based on age, on the day of competition. IMPORTANT: The grade coaches (and parents) enter their students in for the SG of Ok will NOT be changed (at the meet) after results are printed UNLESS the student is incorrectly entered in a grade younger than the grade he/she was in during the previous school year. --- NO EXCEPTIONS Medals will NOT be reissued due to a student being entered in the wrong grade. If an Entry List is not available on this webpage Friday after 7pm, any necessary administrative corrections can be made at check-in. At the meet, no changes are allowed other than to correct an administrative error caused by meet management. Please check the following information in your ENDURO USA™ account, and on the Entry List for administrative errors: (1) Your Name (correctly spelled, etc.); (2) Correct Club/Team or Unattached; (3) Correct gender (male / female); (4) Correct Grade (youth) or age (adults).
